I will acquire quotes from different vendors, coordinate a work schedule, and personally oversee work done on your property so that it can shine
above the competition.

I do not believe in "one marketing strategy fits all." Based on careful discussions, I will create customized marketing strategies to ensure we promote the best features of your very home in the most effective/efficient way. This includes a mix of new media that integrates online, print and direct advertising.

All offers will be presented to you along with necessary explanation so that you can make an informed decision.
I negotiate the agreement on your behalf.
I explain the offers and answer your questions.
I help you determine the best course of action by pointing out potential advantages and disadvantages of the offer and clarifying the choices available to you.
I negotiate through the cooperating agent, and handle possible counteroffers, to reach a final agreement that is most favorable to you.
As your listing agent, I will personally guide you throughout your escrow process:
Explain to you in detail all the steps that will occur for a successful closing, and answer any questions you might have.
Work with the cooperating broker, settlement officer, title officer and others to help coordinate activities and keep the transaction moving forward.
Monitor progress of inspections, the buyer’s loan and other contingencies as called for in the purchase contract. Resolve questions or problems that might arise, in order to ensure a timely closing.
Accompany the buyer and buyer’s agent during all visits to your property.
Assist you in handling details required for the completion of the transaction.
Communicate with you on a regular basis so that you can stay informed and as worry-free as possible.
