She was so knowledgeable about the homes in the area. The stock of homes on the market was so limited, so she set up appointments with homes that were not currently showing just so we could get an idea of the different layouts of the various homes in the area.
We only had 10 days for our house hunting trip and we didn't expect to walk away with a contract during this short time frame. We looked at several homes on our first day and decided to put an offer on our potential dream home. We won the contract! She also set up both the home inspection and AC inspections while we were still on our house hunting trip.
